Distribution Rights

● CAN be Sold. - YES

● CAN sell private label resale rights or master resell rights. - YES

● CAN add personal branding. - YES

● CAN add the product into your product bundle or package and sell for a higher price - YES

● CAN be added to a paid membership site - YES

● When added to a Membership site, your customers and Clients CANNOT download the content and be granted the Resell Rights.

● CAN give the product away for FREE - NO

● Can offer the product as a bonus to another product you are selling.- YES

● You CANNOT sell the product on auction sites such as eBay.com - NO

● You CANNOT use nor sell this product in a dime sale event, under any circumstances at all.

● Videos CANNOT be Modified in ANY WAY. Video training CAN be uploaded on other hosts, however, they CANNOT be modified.

● Product minimum sale price is $47 however product can be sold at the price of your choice, any price point above $47

● Discounts can be applied: YES  (if final price is above $47)

Distribution Rights:

a. The Licensee is permitted to distribute the rebranded digital product under the following conditions:

i. The Licensee may distribute the rebranded ebook in digital format, such as PDF or e-book, through their own website, email, or social media channels.

ii. The Licensee may use the digital product as a bonus or promotional material for other products or services.

iii. The Licensee may offer the rebranded digital product as a low ticket lead magnet to build their email list.

iv. The Licensee may not distribute the rebranded digital product in physical format without prior written consent from the Author.

Digital Product Licensing Agreement This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Natasha Davis ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee").

The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

WHEREAS, the Licensor owns a digital product entitled "Mastering Digital Products" ("Product") created by Natasha Davis
